TDM Pseudowire Gateways

RAD’s carrier-class TDM pseudowire gateways enable mobile operators and transport providers to reduce backhaul costs and increase transmission capacity for new mobile broadband services, by streamlining all generations of mobile traffic over Ethernet and MPLS networks, while supporting existing TDM-based equipment. RAD’s TDM pseudowire gateways support multi-operator colocation at the same tower, maintaining clocking integrity by accurately regenerating timing data per cellular operator. In addition, they enhance service reliability for tower clusters with Fast/Gigabit Ethernet access rings serving up to 400 E1/T1.
