Dr. Yuri Gittik is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at RAD Data Communications. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategic planning on the corporate level and directing the company’s business strategy in the telecoms and other dedicated markets. Dr.Gittik also supervises RAD’s strategic cooperation with carriers around the world in the field of next generation access networks as well as R&D collaboration.

Since coming to RAD in 1991, Yuri has held various positions in product management, product marketing and sales. In 1999 he established new Business Development Department that he headed until 2005 and was instrumental in leading company in the emerging Ethernet access market, building up cooperation with strategic partners and developing vertical markets.

Prior to joining RAD, he held a variety of positions with a number of consulting firms in the fields of research and analysis.

Dr. Gittik holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering and a Ph.D. in Marketing.
