Amir Karo holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Beer Sheva, Israel), and a Masters in Engineering Administration from Bridgeport University (Connecticut, USA).

Mr. Karo was promoted to his present position in 2008. He previously served for three years as Associate Vice President for Product Management and Business Development. From 1999 to 2005 he served as Director of Product Management in 1999, and prior to that time he served in a number of other positions at RAD. For three years he was Product Line Manager for LAN, Remote Access and Access Routers at RAD’s U.S. headquarters, and before that worked over seven years in Research and Development as an engineer and R&D team leader.

His areas of expertise are access technologies over Next Generation Networks and pseudowire circuit emulation solutions.
